Pay: Starting $30-35/hr.

Location: Projects in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, West Virginia, and more.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 7am - 5pm

Overtime Pay:

Additional $5/hour for working on Friday or SaturdayAdditional $6/hour for working over 1.5 hours from the shop in Dallastown, PAPotential to earn an additional $11/hour if working weekend and out of townJob Description:

We are seeking a concrete foreman for long-term industrial, commercial, and quarry construction projects across the Mid-Atlantic. The ideal candidate will have 5 years or more of concrete construction experience on large industrial/commercial sites. This role will require prior experience leading multiple crews to complete several forms of concrete work while completing daily reports and attending meetings throughout the day. Our company has won many large project bids this year and needs someone to help progress these large projects through to the deadline.

Responsibilities:Conduct safety control measures and prepare reports to ensure compliance with regulations.Manage material orders and coordinated delivery schedules.Schedule crews, managed crew paperwork and hours.Oversee the management of crews to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.Read and interpreted structural, architectural, and paving blueprints to set grades and elevations.Types of concrete construction:Retaining wallsFoundation footingsPiersFlat workSlab on grade Tilt wallPanel layoutCurb workAdditional Details:Travel Benefits:Hotels paid for by the company$35/day per diem if travelingCompany VehicleIf you are interested please apply today.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
