**Job Title: Lead Foreman - Concrete Construction**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Lead Foreman to oversee and manage our concrete construction projects. The ideal candidate will report to the Superintendent and be a hands-on foreman responsible for managing and leading a crew of 2-4 people at a time. They will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee and manage concrete construction projects from start to finish.
+ Lead a crew of 2-4 individuals, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality results.
+ Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
+ Coordinate and conduct concrete pours, foundations, and finishing.
+ Tying rebar and managing layouts for construction projects.
+ Build and break down concrete forms as required.
+ Maintain adherence to construction safety regulations and best practices.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5-10 years of commercial concrete experience.
+ Leadership skills and experience in supervising teams.
+ Proficient in concrete finishing techniques, including troweling, edging, and jointing.
+ Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction management or related fields are a plus.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
+ Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials as needed.
+ Certification in concrete finishing or related field is preferred.
+ Experience with advanced concrete finishing techniques and decorative concrete work.
+ Proficiency in using construction management software.

**Work Environment**
Work primarily outdoors and travel to job sites within a 45-minute radius of Downingtown, PA.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Downingtown, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
