**Job Title: Concrete Finishing Foreman** **Job Description** Direct and supervise concrete finishers and laborers on agricultural job sites. Plan daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and ensure safe and productive workflows. Train and mentor crew members in ag-specific finishing techniques and safety practices. **Responsibilities** + Manage setup, placement, screeding, floating, troweling, edging, brooming, and specialty agricultural finishes. + Ensure surfaces meet slope, drainage, and durability requirements specific to agricultural operations, such as slip-resistant finishes for livestock and heavy-equipment load requirements. + Lead large slab pours, long-run alleyways, and multi-day project sequences common in agricultural builds. + Interpret site plans, slope requirements, containment specifications, and agricultural engineering drawings. + Collaborate with general contractors, millwrights, barn builders, and farm owners. + Coordinate with excavation teams on grade preparation, base compaction, and drainage layouts. **Essential Skills** + 4–7 years of concrete finishing experience, preferably with an agricultural or heavy civil experience. + Experience supervising crews of 4–12 workers. + Strong understanding of finishing tools, laser screeds, bull floats, and power trowels. + Familiarity with agricultural construction elements such as sloped floors, feed alleys, curbs, hog/dairy barn layouts, bins, pits, and containment structures. + Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and grade plans. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Concrete finishing + Concrete construction + Construction **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including a 3% 401(k) match after 90 days, 60% employer-paid health insurance, a $15,000 life insurance policy, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, and 15 days of PTO starting day one.
