Job Description
The role of Concrete Carpenter involves a range of tasks from general labor to finishing work, focusing on flat, finished concrete surfaces. Responsibilities include all activities associated with pouring concrete, setting up forms, and executing finishing tasks. Site preparation, rebar installation, and minimal form setup are part of the job, along with using tools like bull floats and power concrete screeds.
ResponsibilitiesConduct general labor work related to concrete construction.Perform site preparation and rebar installation.Set up concrete forms and ensure accurate alignment.Pour and finish concrete surfaces using appropriate tools.Operate hand and power tools efficiently.Utilize bull floats and power concrete screeds for finishing.Engage in heavy lifting and machine operation as required.Measure and cut materials accurately using tape measures.Essential Skills3+ years of experience in concrete form setting.3+ years of experience in concrete carpentry.3+ years of experience in concrete finishing.Proficiency in concrete construction and general labor.Ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively.Experience with concrete pours and flatwork.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in commercial/residential concrete construction is preferred.Comfortable with traveling to and from job sites daily.Experience in concrete pouring, setting, form installation, and finishing.Ability to handle diverse and complex projects, including custom mansion homes.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment involves frequent changes in job sites, primarily focusing on custom mansion homes with complex pours. While most projects are residential, some commercial work is included. Expect to meet the team on-site, with the majority of jobs located in the Cave Creek/Scottsdale area.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
