Key Responsibilities:

Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:
 

Manage the front desk and lobby area
Greet and assist all residents and visitors throughout the day, maintaining at all times the highest levels of helpfulness and friendliness
Monitor their needs and respond to service related emergencies as needed
Promote positive and proactive resident relations by working to make the living experience the highest quality
Work with the management team to achieve excellence in the delivery of services to residents and their visitors and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
Responsible for telephone line answering and service requests
Able to provide general information regarding the property and its surrounding to residents and visitors and assist with booking of services if required
Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks and/or use of supplies
Perform other duties and ad hoc admin assignments
Act as eyes and ears in absence of Management staff
Qualifications:

Thai nationality (Male/Female) Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, events, general management, business administration or equivalent 
1+ years’ of concierge experience in hospitality (essential)
Strong interpersonal, and communication skills
Good organizational skills, follow-up and follow through
Customer service-minded
Fluent in written and spoken English (essential)
Proficiency of MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook - not afraid of using new technologies 
Required to work flexible hours including after hours or weekends
Well-organized with strong attention to details
Able to work under pressure, self-motivated and fast learner
Self-starter - able to identify work that needs to be done and does it without required instruction
