THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Concierge Management team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for providing exceptional experiences for clients who contact Concierge by resolving their inquiries and delivering selling and solving expertise. As the Concierge Manager, you will lead the team to deliver world-class sales, solution and service excellence while ensuring the center is set up to exceed daily goals via a high-performing and engaged team. THE ROLE
As the Concierge Manager, you will lead the team to:
Optimize the performance in each channelSell clothes, deliver world-class service, and build loyal client relationshipsEnsure the world-class delivery of sales, solution, and service expertiseResolve client escalations to protect Aritzia’s brand and elevate our commitment to delivering Everyday Luxury experiencesWork with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experienceTHE QUALIFICATIONS
The Concierge Manager has:
Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications that are an asset to perform in the role and the appetite to continuously learn and develop oneselfA commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principlesThe ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partnersA commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the businessTHE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
