(Receptionist)
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
1.ทราบข้อมูลชื่อผู้เช่าต่างๆ ในอาคาร และหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ติดต่อภายในของผู้เช่า
2.ตอบรับโทรศัพท์สายกลางจากภายนอก และโอนสายไปยังผู้เช่าในอาคาร ในกรณีที่มีหมายเลขติดต่อภายใน
3.ทราบข้อมูลกิจกรรมพิเศษของอาคาร และผู้เช่าในอาคาร พร้อมประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ผู้เช่าหรือผู้มาติดต่อทราบ
4.ทราบข้อมูลเบื้องต้นของอาคาร เช่น อาคารมีกี่ชั้น มีพื้นที่ทั้งหมดเท่าไร ที่จอดรถของผู้เช่าและผู้มาติดต่อ
5.ทราบข้อมูลทั่วไปและประเภทของธุรกิจของผู้เช่าต่างๆ ในอาคาร
6. บันทึกและแจ้งหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ที่จำเป็นสำคัญ เช่น สถานีตำรวจนครบาลที่อาคารตั้งอยู่ ตำรวจท่องเที่ยว สถานีตำรวจดับเพลิง การไฟฟ้า ประปา โรงพยาบาล สำนักงานเขต ฯลฯ
7.ประสานงานกับผู้ดูแลอาคาร เรื่องการรักษาความสะอาด และการรักษาความปลอดภัยภายในบริเวณชั้น G
8.บริการเรียกรถของผู้เช่า ผู้มาติดต่อ หรือรถรับจ้าง (taxi) หากผู้ช่าร้องขอ
9.บริการข้อมูลเบื้องต้นแก่ผู้มาติดต่อ
· ตอบข้อซักถามข้อมูลเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับผู้เช่าต่างๆ ในอาคาร
· ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานให้แก่ผู้มาติดต่อทั้งชาวไทย และต่างประเทศ
10. บันทึกข้อมูลจดหมายลงทะเบียนและ EMS ก่อนนำส่งให้ผู้เช่าในอาคาร
11. ดูแลการลงทะเบียนการเข้า-ออกอาคารของผู้มาติดต่อด้วยระบบจดจำใบหน้า (Facial Recognition)
12. สอดส่องดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย และพนักงานรักษาความสะอาดที่ปฏิบัติงานโดยรอบพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงานของตน และรายงานสิ่งผิดปกติให้ผู้ดูแลอาคารรับทราบ
13. บริการประทับตรา (E-Stamp) บัตรจอดรถให้กับผู้มาติดต่อและลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการภายในอาคาร
14. ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามที่ผู้ดูแลอาคารและผู้จัดการอาคารมอบหมาย
