What you will have an opportunity to do:
As the Concierge, you’ll be the welcoming face and trusted resource for our residents. You’ll ensure they feel at home by providing outstanding service and assisting with a variety of needs. Every night will bring new experiences, but your main responsibilities will include:Warm Welcome & Resident Support: Greet residents with a friendly, professional demeanor. Assist with inquiries about local attractions, transportation, dining, and services.Seamless Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and provide timely, accurate information.Resident Services & Assistance: Arrange and confirm recreational, business, and dining activities. Assist with service requests, such as medical referrals, childcare, and florists.Package & Delivery Coordination: Assist residents with food and beverage deliveries and ensure secure handling of packages.Complaint Resolution: Address concerns with professionalism, conducting thorough research to find the best solutions. Stay calm and composed, even during high-pressure situations.Safety & Security: Work closely with Security to monitor the lobby, maintain a vigilant presence, and ensure a safe environment.Maintain Standards: Follow HOA and Pyramid Hotel Group guidelines for professional conduct, grooming, and attendance.What are we looking for?
We’re seeking a dedicated team player with a passion for hospitality and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have:Experience: Previous experience as a concierge or front desk associate is required. Computer skills will be needed as the concierge will need to check email amongst other systems, each shift. Prior experience with BuildingLink is preferred but not required.Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus!).Professionalism: A neat, polished appearance and a friendly, proactive attitude.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience, tact, and diplomacy.Certifications: CPR and/or First Aid training is preferred but not required.Flexibility: Willingness to work varying schedules to meet business needs.Compensation:
