POSITION:           Concession Supervisor 

DEPARTMENT:  Food & Beverage            

FLSA STATUS:    Part-time/Hourly/Non-exempt

ESSENTIAL DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Train, schedule, and supervise concessions food and beverage staffAssist in settling concessions event paperwork per eventMaintains correct stock levels utilizing prior sales historyAssist supervisor with day-to-day operationsMonitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and servingWorks with other supervisors on distribution of all products to stands and barsEnsure all POS systems are in proper working condition prior to the eventUnderstanding of Quest POS system BOH/FOH operationsAbility to operate and finalize events in Quest POS systemAccurately reviews quality product before serving to customerEnsure health codes and liquor laws are followedEstablish and maintain positive client relationshipsOther duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE       

Four-year college degree preferredTwo years of customer service experience Understanding of survey-based measures (Guest Experience)At least two years of experience in Quest POS softwareMust have two years of management experience in food and beverageMust have Serve Safe certification (Managers Certification)Must be Excel and Microsoft proficient

WORKING CONDITIONS

Daily lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. Up to 5 minutes at a time.Constant reaching, standing, walking and stooping
