Computer Technician
Our client is seeking a Computer Technician to join their team. As a Computer Technician, you will be part of the IT department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Computer Technician **Location:** Port Wentworth, GA (100% On-Site) **Duration:** 12+ Months contract **What's the Job?** + Provide support for onboarding and transfer requests as part of the local IT team. + Assist with integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions. + Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex IT issues effectively. + Support services related to Lifecycle management, Asset Management, License Management, and User Access management for end-user software and hardware. + Engage in innovation activities, including process improvements and pilot projects. **What's Needed?** + High School Diploma or GED equivalent. + 1-3 years of experience supporting laptops, desktops, and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). + 1+ years of experience supporting mobile devices (iPhones, iPads) and working with MDM solutions such as SCCM, Intune, or Mobile Iron. + 1-3 years of IT experience in a customer-facing role. + ServiceNow experience is a plus. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. + Gain valuable experience in IT support and customer service. + Engage in innovative projects and process improvements. + Develop your skills through training and professional development opportunities. + Be part of a diverse team that values inclusion and collaboration.
