Job Opportunity: Data Center Computer Operator
Our client, a leading organization in the insurance sector, is seeking a dedicated Computer Operator to join their team. As a Computer Operator, you will be an essential part of the Data Center support team, ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Pay Range:** Competitive hourly rate, flexible based on experience
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate, monitor, and support IT infrastructure within the Data Center environment.
+ Ensure timely completion of scheduled batch cycles and processing workloads during assigned shifts.
+ Identify and resolve issues that may disrupt system workflows, engaging support teams as needed.
+ Maintain documentation of shift activities, incidents, and procedures for compliance and review.
+ Conduct physical walkthroughs of the Data Center to verify operational integrity and safety.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a computer operator in a data center environment.
+ Knowledge of service management software; experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
+ Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Control-M is advantageous.
+ Experience with monitoring software like SolarWinds is preferred.
+ Ability to work on-site in New Albany, Ohio, during scheduled weekend shifts.
