**Position Summary:**
Helps establish, introduce, maintain, troubleshoot and repair hardware/software. Delivers system generated forms, labels, and reports for production and troubleshooting IT tickets. Implements processes to achieve production goals and quality expectations.
**What you will Do:**
+ Acts as a top-level specialist to deliver technical support for the Distribution area under limited supervision, referring deviations from standard practices to managers.
+ Executes tasks that may not be routine and are crucial to the progression and completion of technical support requests in a timely manner.
+ Defines operations for terminal and computer to release waves, run reports, and print reports, distributes modern technology, and responds to customer queries.
+ Designs systems to maintain computer room equipment, IT supply inventory, and label management.
+ Upkeeping Maintenance in Server Room (Temperature checks, Tidiness, Cable Management)
+ Patching Ethernet Ports/Wall Jacks in order to provide connectivity for designated applications/hardware .
+ Assisting all functions within Warehouse with technical difficulties around software/hardware
+ Delivers electronic equipment support and solves ticket issues.
+ Assists in supporting network application software downtime and outage response.
+ Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities
+ This position has an occasional (0-33%) lifting requirement of up to 75 lbs. Other physical activities include frequent bending/reaching/stooping; frequent walking/standing/climbing 35-75% of the time.
+ Be able to complete any additional task(s) assigned by manager.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Ability to maintain predictable and reliable attendance.
+ Willingness to cross-train and perform various functions as required by management.
+ Ability to walk, stand, pull, climb, bend, reach, and stoop for an extended period of time.
+ Ability to exercise sound judgement and work independently with minimal supervision.
+ Good written and verbal communication skills.
+ Basic awareness of problem solving and decision-making skills.
+ Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally (courteous and cordial).
+ Basic knowledge and understanding of common computer functionalities.
+ Ability to work overtime in emergency situations or have flexible schedule for coverage as needed.
+ Creative mindset when troubleshooting or approaching issues.
+ 0-2 years of previous warehouse experience is preferred.
+ **Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager/senior leadership.**
**Education:**
High School Diploma or equivalent required
**Pay Range:**
The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $40.55
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
