【職務概要】

製品販売戦略・事業管理・GTM戦略・マーケティング・グローバル連携を横断し、顧客価値の最大化・市場育成を通じて、HPE Compute事業を成功に導くビジネスの要となる役割です。

【職務内容】

担当製品の製品戦略策定・実行

市場動向・競合分析に基づき、製品ポートフォリオの方向性を設計するHPE本社のグローバル製品戦略をローカル市場に最適化し、需要を創出する世代の切り替わりに合わせた市場導入計画を立案する

Go-to-Market(GTM)戦略・販売支援

製品訴求メッセージ、競合優位性、ユースケースを整理し、営業・パートナー向けに展開全国の営業、ディストリビューター、SIerパートナー向けの製品トレーニングやEnablementの実施大型商談における技術部門・営業との協業、および提案内容の最適化支援。

顧客価値の最大化・市場育成

顧客課題やワークロード(AI/VDI/HPC/中小企業など)別の最適構成・提案モデルの設計顧客事例・ユースケース作成による市場拡大将来のIT動向(ハイブリッドクラウド、セキュリティ、AI)に合わせたカテゴリ戦略の刷新

マーケティング活動の推進

製品キャンペーン、セミナー、展示会、デジタル施策などの企画Web・資料・営業ツールなどのコンテンツ制作監修新製品発表やバージョンアップタイミングでの広報・PR連携

事業計画

売上、シェア、粗利、在庫、需要予測などカテゴリKPIを管理する予算計画策定と、四半期ごとの実績レビュー・ギャップ対策の実行

グローバル・技術部門との連携

HPE本社との定期レビュー技術チームと連携し、製品フィードバックやローカル市場要求を本社へフィードバック

【応募資格(必須条件)】

x86サーバー、ストレージ、ネットワーク、ハイブリッドクラウド、仮想化などITインフラに関する基礎知識カテゴリーマネージャー、プロダクトマネージャー、事業企画、営業企画などの経験、または、IT業界における営業・プリセールス経験営業やパートナー向けのEnablement、提案資料作成、製品訴求メッセージ構築の経験英語:ビジネスレベル論理的思考力、プレゼンテーション能力IT業界での実務経験:3〜7年程度

【歓迎条件(あれば尚可)】

サーバー市場・競合(Dell、Lenovo、Cisco等)の製品理解HPE ProLiantのGen世代(Gen10/Gen11/Gen12)や主要技術(iLO、Silicon Root of Trust など)に関する理解売上管理、利益管理、需要予測などの数値管理スキル価格戦略、製品戦略、ポートフォリオ管理の経験大型案件の支援、ソリューション提案の経験製品マーケティング(キャンペーン企画、イベント企画、デジタル施策)経験調査データを活用した市場分析・競合分析スキル開発・技術・営業・サプライチェーンなど複数部門と協働できる調整力パートナー企業(ディストリビューター、SIer)との折衝経験グローバルチームとの連携(英語での会議・レポーティング)
