**Job Title: Compounder** **Job Description** The Compounder position involves transferring products from one drum to another in the compounding department. Candidates will create batches by obtaining recipes from the Pre Weigh station and adding chemicals, following a precise step-by-step process. This role requires a high attention to detail, as you will be blending and mixing products in large metal tanks. Candidates should be comfortable with getting hands-on and using a pallet jack to move carts and tubs. **Responsibilities** + Transfer products between drums in the compounding department. + Obtain recipes from the Pre Weigh station and create batches. + Add chemicals following a precise step-by-step process. + Blend and mix products in large metal tanks. + Operate a pallet jack to move carts and tubs. + Maintain accurate batch records and documentation. + Ensure adherence to GMP and cleaning standards. **Essential Skills** + Production experience in mixing, blending, and batch making. + Experience with forklifts and machine operation. + Attention to detail and ability to follow documentation processes. + Ability to read and write in English. + Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1+ year of mixing or compounding experience. + Willingness to learn and adapt to changing product lines. **Why Work Here?** Join a diverse team with a product line that changes often, providing great opportunities for growth, training, and career development. **Work Environment** The position is in a clean, well-lit manufacturing environment.
