Job Title: Compounder - Weekends

Job Description

Join our team as a Reaction Operator (Compounder) where you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate formulation and mixing of raw materials in our GMP food environment. This position requires computer proficiency and the ability to handle documentation related to compounding processes.

ResponsibilitiesUse computer systems and manage related documentation.Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.Fill liquids and powders into tanks using scales for accurate measurement.Weigh out raw materials precisely according to formulas.Operate forklifts to move products around the production floor.Select appropriate tanks based on manufacturing requirements and batch size.Pick raw materials from the warehouse and scan them using barcode scanners for accuracy.Stage and add materials to tanks following manufacturing instructions.Fill and pack orders ensuring accurate weight and label usage per sales orders.Adhere to GMP, safety guidelines, and procedures.Be open to cross-training and assisting in different departments.Essential SkillsExperience in compounding, reaction operating, and mixing within a food or chemical environment.Understanding of GMP guidelines.Ability to perform raw material measurements.Proficiency in operating forklifts and pallet jacks.Attention to detail in labeling and packing logs.Comfortable wearing a respirator.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work around chemicals and food-grade materials.Skill in using scales, pumps, valves, and air mixers.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a GMP food environment, where adherence to guidelines ensures quality and safety in production processes. Shift time is 6am-6pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
