Job Description
We are seeking skilled Composite Technicians to join our team. The role involves working with new aircraft parts, utilizing oven processes, fabricating aircraft component molds, and employing vacuum techniques. Technicians will maintain and repair composite aircraft components made from fiberglass and other carbon materials. A thorough understanding of Army technical manuals, drawings, blueprints, and proficiency in using precision tools is essential.
ResponsibilitiesWork with new aircraft parts using oven processes.Fabricate aircraft component molds and employ vacuum techniques.Maintain and repair composite aircraft components made of fiberglass and other carbon materials.Understand and interpret Army technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints.Utilize precision tools effectively.Essential SkillsComposite material handling and layup.Experience with autoclave processes and building molds.Assembly and fabrication skills in composites.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience with composites.Experience with Dial Calipers, Hot Bonder, Vacuum Pump, Auto-Claves, and Ovens.Preferred aviation/aerospace experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The position is located in a hangar/manufacturing facility with a day shift schedule from Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
