In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Insurance Compliance Team. Primary duties of this position include support of a busy team in e-mail and document management, identification of agent enforcement, effective audit and follow up, data reporting and project work. **What You’ll Do** Responsible for supporting the insurance compliance department functions and projects including Broker Suitability and Business Conduct, Data Analysis and Audit and Complaint Management. + **Email Management:** Assume management of a busy team mailbox to ensure priority emails are dealt with and documented efficiently. + **Broker Suitability:** Review regulatory enforcement sites to identify information concerning the activities of brokers contracted with HUB. Review broker accounts and escalate areas of concern relating to poor credit, incomplete or expired compliance documents, regulatory enforcement and conduct activities. Document and escalate any actions required for compliance issues based on facts gathered from Insurance Councils, Carrier Head Offices or other information obtained by HUB. + **Broker Terminations:** Prepare HUB Financial broker termination letters and communications to relevant parties. + **Complaint Management Support:** Coordinate and report on the progress of client complaints through to completion.
