Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Compliance Specialist I to join their team. As a Compliance Specialist I, you will be part of the Third-Party Operations Team supporting risk management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a curious mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Compliance Specialist I**
**Location: Phoenix, AZ**
**Contract role 3-4 Months**
**5 days Onsite role**
**Pay Range:** **$20-$22/hr on W2**
**What's the Job?**
+ Partner with stakeholders to complete risk assessments through effective communication and collaboration.
+ Maintain and review data related to vendor portfolios for multiple business units.
+ Collaborate with Procurement to ensure proper understanding and submission for processing.
+ Review control evidence to ensure compliance with program standards, including document and policy reviews.
+ Ensure high-quality output by adhering to established standards and guidance materials.
**What's Needed?**
+ 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry focusing on Operations, customer service, and/or risk governance.
+ Customer service-focused and results-oriented approach.
+ Proven strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality output.
+ Curious mindset with the intent to drive results.
+ Prior experience delivering risk assessments, including audit background, compliance, or other risk control functions.
