The PositionAs Compliance, Risk Management & Business Process Excellence Specialist, supports the Mexican affiliate, in implement and follow up to the framework for healthcare and business compliance. Enables the Affiliate to continuously improve its integrity mindset and patient-centric focus through the implementation of all compliance initiatives, detecting compliance gaps and training employees.
The Opportunity
● Provide technical of the compliance framework and foster a culture of integrity and ethical business practices, consistent with the Roche values and external requirements
● Support the chapter lead in the implementation and execute corporate principles, policies, guidelines and codes of conduct in our business tasks that ensure ethical behavior in order to help preserve the good name of Roche and the trust of our partners.
● Increase awareness within the organization for compliance of local and international regulations and corporate guidelines.
● Provide transparency through adequate review mechanisms and reporting (ensuring Local Compliance Committee is set up, managed and followed up)
● Following and monitoring procedures and tools
● Report violations or possible breaches of Compliance standards internally and to global functions.
● Assist with production of technical documentation for Corporate Audit readiness
Risk Management & Business Process Excellence:
●Assist the organization in established processes and guidelines are followed consistently across all teams
●Support the teams in the identification of process gaps
●Implement process, tools, and resources enhancements
Who you are
● University Law degree and professional License (cédula profesional)
● 3-5 years of experience in managing compliance topics and projects
● Working experience preparing, performing, reporting and following Audits.
● Fluent in English and Spanish
