Our client, a leader in the high-tech industry, is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join their team. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be part of the compliance department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Compliance Specialist
**Location: Remote** - Raleigh/Durham Area Preferred
**What's the Job?**
+ Govern and enforce compliance with program requirements to minimize service leakage risks and ensure adherence to policies.
+ Educate customers on program guidelines and the advantages of buying programs, promoting understanding and adoption.
+ Hold cross-functional teams accountable at all levels of management, leveraging strong enforcement skills and an agile approach.
+ Analyze and act on compliance data to drive informed decisions, ensuring comprehensive, end-to-end program governance.
+ Create educational training materials for wide-spread distribution.
**What's Needed?**
+ Prior experience in the high-tech industry, preferably with Cisco.
+ BS in business administration or comparable job experience in a related industry.
+ 5-10 years of work experience in compliance or asset management.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
+ Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
