Our client, a leader in compliance and privacy solutions, is seeking a Compliance & Privacy Analyst-Finance with One Trust experience to join their team. As a Compliance & Privacy Analyst-Finance with One Trust experience, you will be part of the Compliance Department supporting various internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, which will align successfully with the organization.
**Job Title:** Compliance & Privacy Analyst-Finance (One Trust)
**Location: Remote**
**Pay Range: $45-60 per hour**
**What's the Job?**
+ Support the organization’s ongoing compliance with global data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA).
+ Use and maintain the OneTrust platform to manage key privacy workflows, including Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and privacy assessments.
+ Track and manage third-party privacy and compliance reviews, collaborating with internal stakeholders to complete required documentation.
+ Assist with reviewing and updating privacy policies, procedures, and internal controls.
+ Monitor compliance-related inquiries and ensure timely follow-up and escalation where appropriate.
**What's Needed?**
+ 10+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, legal operations, or regulatory risk management with financial experience.
+ Prior experience using the OneTrust platform for managing privacy assessments, DSARs, or vendor reviews.
+ Familiarity with major privacy regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, GLBA, or HIPAA.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
