Our client, a leader in the financial compliance sector, is seeking a Compliance Monitor and Testing FCC Analyst to join their team. As a Compliance Monitor and Testing FCC Analyst, you will be part of the Compliance Department supporting various teams in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Compliance Monitor and Testing FCC Analyst **(W2 ONLY)**
**Location: Remote - MUST BE LOCATED IN THE TRI-STATE AREA**
**What's the Job?**
+ Develop and execute risk-based monitoring and testing plans across FCC domains (AML, Sanctions, Anti-Fraud, AB&C).
+ Perform control testing to assess the effectiveness of key processes such as customer due diligence (CDD/KYC), transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, fraud detection, and anti-bribery controls.
+ Document testing results, identifying control deficiencies, root causes, and remediation requirements.
+ Engage with 1st Line of Defense (business units), Internal Audit, and Regulatory Affairs to share findings and ensure alignment.
+ Ensure all monitoring and testing activities are in line with applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., BSA/AML, OFAC, FATF, UK Bribery Act, FCPA).

+ Proven experience in compliance monitoring and testing within financial services.
+ Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and financial crime risks.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
+ Experience in preparing detailed reports and dashboards for management.
