Compliance Manager
📍 Location: Russells Hall Hospital, Dudley
🕒 Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm)

About the Role
Mitie is seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance Manager to join our team at Russells Hall Hospital in Dudley. This is a replacement role, offering a fantastic opportunity to lead compliance efforts on a challenging and high-profile contract.
You'll be responsible for ensuring adherence to CDM regulations, health & safety standards, and quality management systems. The role demands strong communication skills, financial awareness, and a passion for mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee compliance with CDM, H&S (IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent), and QMS standards. Manage WIP, billing, and budget control. Use Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools to maintain accurate records. Provide guidance and development to team members. Constructively challenge processes and decisions to drive improvement.

 

What We're Looking For

Experience within a healthcare estates environment, including knowledge and application of Health Technical Memoranda (HTMs) Proven experience in a compliance or facilities management role. HNC or equivalent in building services or engineering Mechanical or electrical background with relevant qualifications (or willingness to undertake training). Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a demanding client environment.
