As a Data Owner Lead in the Market Surveillance (Transactions & Communications) function, you will play a pivotal role in executing data strategies that support business operations and strategic objectives. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert, bridging the gap between data providers and consumers to ensure data is well-governed, high-quality, and fit for purpose. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, OR equivalent professional experience5+ years of experience in data management, data governance, risk management/analytics, or related fieldProven leadership track record with ability to manage delivery timelines and achieve organizational goalsIn-depth understanding of data management principles, governance frameworks, and lifecycle managementExperience in data protection, data quality, and data classificationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, translating complex data concepts into business strategiesStrong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior audiencesProven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersExperience managing large-scale data projectsAbility to work collaboratively across Compliance, Technology, and Analytics teamsDemonstrated commitment to integrity, transparency, and regulatory compliance
