Job Title: Compliance Coordinator
Location: Loveland, CO
Pay: $24/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 40 hours/week | Flexible start time between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Purpose of Position

The Compliance Coordinator is an entry-level administrative role that supports a Strategic Product Compliance (SPC) team. This team ensures that products meet all applicable compliance regulations across the countries where they are sold. This position offers valuable exposure to global regulatory standards and opportunities for skill development in communication, documentation, and Microsoft tools.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and Update Standards
Regularly review online resources for updates to product test standards. Work with subject matter experts to revise and maintain the internal document library to reflect the most current information.

Communicate Changes
Share department and regulatory updates with the organization via SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Outlook.

Virtual Event Coordination
Organize and manage live virtual training sessions, including developing promotional materials and producing Microsoft Teams live events hosted by internal experts.

Handle Support Requests
Monitor the support request system and collaborate with engineers and chemists to assign requests from internal stakeholders to the appropriate owner.

Department Communications
Create and distribute monthly newsletters, maintain SharePoint sites, and manage outbound communications from the SPC team to the broader organization.

Development Opportunities

Microsoft Power Platform
Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and PowerApps to streamline workflows and build low-code solutions.

Product Compliance Knowledge
Learn how to research, interpret, and apply global product compliance regulations, laying the groundwork for a career in regulatory affairs or compliance.

Education and Background Requirements

Must Demonstrate:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills

Ability to comprehend and interpret regulations with a sustainability mindset

Willingness to learn, document procedures, and support team members

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience

Relevant experience such as:

SharePoint design, PowerApps, Power Automate, or Microsoft Forms

Creating marketing/event materials

Working in an office environment using advanced software tools
