Compliance Associate (Maternity Leave Cover)

 

Syngenta Biologicals is seeking a Compliance Associate to join our team on a maternity leave contract.

If you have a background in economics, chemical engineering, or business management, combined with proven experience in compliance or quality assurance, we want to hear from you!

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in economics, Chemical Engineering, or Business ManagementMinimum of 2 years of experience in compliance-related or quality assurance rolesFluent English (written and spoken)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelAvailability for on-site presence at our headquarters in Atessa, Italy

 

Your Responsibilities

Support the achievement and maintenance of certifications such as ISO  9001 and 22005Maintain quality system standards, including product traceability protocolsReview and update quality and traceability proceduresEvaluate company processes and procedures from a quality perspectiveApply ISO9001 and 22005 compliance requirements across various departmentsConduct periodic audits on company procedures and processesCoordinate the customer complaints processSupport investigation and root cause analysis for major non-conformitiesEnsure comprehensive, accurate filing and timely reporting on quality and traceability mattersManage the Quality Management System on a daily basisOrganize and deliver employee training sessions on compliance topicsProvide ongoing training on quality and traceability matters
