Compliance Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare staffing industry, is seeking a Compliance Associate to join their team. As a Compliance Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Talent Compliance team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Compliance Associate
**Location:** Amherst, NY
**Pay Range:** $20 an hour
**Shift:** 8 AM to 5 PM EST
**What's the Job?**
+ Maintain and ensure compliance files for field talent in accordance with company and client standards.
+ Support standards compliance to achieve and maintain 100% adherence.
+ Process talent compliance documentation, including license verifications and background checks.
+ Facilitate onboarding paperwork and review for accuracy and completeness.
+ Communicate with talent and internal teams regarding compliance status and upcoming expiration dates.
**What's Needed?**
+ Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency with computers and software systems, including Microsoft Office and internet applications.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
