Compliance Associate

Our client, a leading provider in the healthcare staffing industry, is seeking a Compliance Associate to join their team. As a Compliance Associate, you will be part of the compliance department supporting field talent management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization's core values of Integrity, Candor, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.
**Job Title:** Compliance Associate
**Location:** Amherst, NY (in office)
**Pay Range:** $20 per hour
**Duration:** 6 months
**Shift:** 8am-5pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Support Joint Commission and company standards to achieve and maintain 100% compliance.
+ Process talent compliance files in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
+ Facilitate and track onboarding paperwork for field talent.
+ Review talent paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
+ Communicate with all customers regarding the status of talent compliance files.
**What's Needed?**
+ Associates Degree and/or 2 years equivalent experience preferred.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Working knowledge of computers and software systems including Microsoft Office.
+ Detail-oriented and highly organized.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
