**Job Title:** Complaint Investigations Tech **Location:** Alameda, CA (100% Onsite) **Duration: 5 Months** **Pay Range:** $25/hr – $30/hr (W2) We are looking for a **“Complaint Investigations Tech** ” to join one of our Fortune 500 clients. **Summary** The **Complaint Investigations Tech** is an entry-level laboratory role within the Complaint Investigations Lab. This position is responsible for processing and investigating returned medical device products to support customer complaint resolution **Key Responsibilities** + Investigate returned products (blood glucose meters, strips, sensors) + Perform routine physical, chemical, and functional testing + Use lab equipment: multimeters, oscilloscopes, microscopes, test fixtures + Document investigation results and maintain quality records + Follow SOPs and support timely complaint resolution **Required Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED with technical experience + Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet-based systems) + Maintain proper documentation of all laboratory work and quality records **We are looking for the candidate who are eligible to work with any employers without sponsorship** .
