Job Description
The position of Complaint Analyst is located in Lebanon, TN, within the Regulatory Compliance department. This temporary role focuses on evaluating post-market data from the field to make complaint determinations.
ResponsibilitiesReview call log entries from the previous day to assess if the information meets the definition of an alleged complaint.Open complaint records within the complaint management system based on data entered into the call log by customer experience.Train customer experience team members on the process of entering data into the call log for accurate complaint determination.Support and collaborate with other complaint analysts and investigators for administrative support as needed.Participate in daily management meetings and report key metrics as required by senior management.Essential SkillsBasic knowledge of computers.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite.Fast typing skills.Attention to detail.Good command of English.Knowledge of medical device complaints is preferable.2-5 years of data entry experience is preferred.Strong computer skills including MS Office tools.Strong reading comprehension.Strong communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociate degree or higher.Any experience with recalls is preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Willingness to learn and grow in a structured, team-oriented environment.Spanish language skills are a plus.Work Environment
The role requires working 100% in an office environment, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. The position offers an opportunity to assist with a project and potentially extend beyond six months or apply for a permanent role based on performance. Full-time employment cannot be guaranteed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
