We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Director to join our team. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing compensation strategies, programs, and policies that support organizational goals while ensuring compliance with federal contractor requirements. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with deep expertise in government contracting, competitive market analysis, benefits integration, and regulatory compliance.

Skills and Requirements
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of progressive compensation experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Deep understanding of federal contractor compliance, including OFCCP, DCAA, and wage determination requirements.
Experience in government contracting industry strongly preferred.
Knowledge of employee benefits strategy and administration preferred.
CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) strongly desired.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.
Proven ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Strategy & Design
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation structures, salary bands, incentive plans, and recognition programs.
Partner with executives, HR, and finance to ensure alignment with business goals, budget, and compliance requirements.
Executive Compensation
Develop and administer executive compensation programs, including base pay, annual incentives, and long-term incentive strategies.
Partner with leadership and external advisors to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
Prepare executive compensation analyses and materials for senior leadership and, if applicable, Board review.
