Compensation & Benefits Analyst

Stantec Middle East is looking to expand their HR department by hiring a Compensation and Benefits Analyst. Compensation and Benefits Analyst will be in the Makati office and will lead and support Compensation, Benefits, payroll, total rewards & HRIS activities regionwide: UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and KSA. Key Responsibilities - Payroll Management- Validate salary inputs, deductions, and allowances. - Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly. - Benefits Administration- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. - Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely enrollment and updates. - Communicate benefit changes and act as a point of contact and assist Stantec employees with queries. - Employee Data Management- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems. - Ensure timely updates for new hires, exits, and internal movements. - Support audits and reporting requirements. - Letter Creation & Documentation- Prepare HR letters such as employment confirmation, salary revisions, and other official communications. - Ensure compliance with organizational templates and approval workflows. - Any other miscellaneous HR related duties as assigned by the Payroll and Benefits Lead Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field. - 3–5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration. - Strong knowledge of payroll systems and statutory compliance. - Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. - Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS tools. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. **Primary Location:** India | Pune **Organization:** BC-3883 Regional Services Global-IN Pune IN **Employee Status:** Regular **Business Justification:** New Position **Travel:** No **Schedule:** Full time **Job Posting:** 17/02/2026 06:02:26 **Req ID:** 1003579
