Compensation Associate

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Compensation Associate.


In this role, you will:

Participate in conducting research to support compensation strategies, programs, and solutions across a business or enterprise function, ensuring alignment with key organizational goalsReview basic issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low risk tasks and deliverables with narrow impactReceive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsProvide information to managers, colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal, as well as external customers


Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Compensation or Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Experience in Compensation

Knowledge and understanding of compensation strategies

Highly effective consultative mindset with credibility through demonstrating strong business and data driven acumen, passion for customer service and operational excellence

Strong communication skills

Proactive control and risk management, addressing gaps in processes and escalating issues to benefit the business and clients in a dynamic environment.
