Compensation Analyst
Job Description Position Summary: The Compensation Analyst provides analytical and operational support for broad-based compensation programs. This role focuses on compensation surveys, job evaluations, market pricing, and analytics support to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices. Key Responsibilities:  • Support compensation survey participation, including job matching, data submission, and validation of market results.  • Assist with job evaluations and role leveling using established job architecture frameworks.  • Perform market pricing analysis to support salary ranges and offer recommendations.  • Prepare compensation analytics, reports, and data summaries using Excel and HR systems.  • Support annual compensation cycles (merit and bonus) through data preparation, audits, and quality checks.  • Partner with senior compensation team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guidelines.  • Maintain compensation documentation and support process improvements as assigned. Skills and Requirements Must haves: Minimum 5-8 years of experience – in Compensation function covering the following,  • Hands on experience –Own and Lead End to end Survey Management – Including Survey Participation and Vendor Management. To hit the ground running.    • 5-8 Experience in administering, Merit and Annual incentive cycles.   5-8 years experience in market pricing/job evaluations- ability to grade jobs based and communicate to HR Business partners.  • Advanced experience in excel – knowledge of complex formulas, VLOOKUP’s, pivots , charts and providing data analysis to enable decision making.  • Experience in supporting ad hoc projects such as job architecture , job codes mapping cleanup.    • Experience in HRIS systems.    • Ability to think critically, is energized by challenges, can look beyond the immediate problem, and consistently provides effective solutions.
