Work Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

On-site presence required Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Monday and Wednesday are remote, however, you must be willing to work on-site on these days pending business needs.

Description Supports, analyzes, evaluates, and monitors the administration of the organization's compensation programs to ensure internal equity and external competitivenessReviews related policies, procedures, and programs, while assisting in educating employees and manager level employees in their application of such practicesConducts market analyses and recommends market adjustments for specific jobs by compiling market data and calculating market variances to maintain the competitive status of the organization's compensation programActively participates in developing and achieving departmental objects and goalsBuilds relationships with internal client groups and liaises with Human Resources business partners (HR BP) to deliver consistent and high-quality customer serviceCompensation AdministrationDetermine salary quotes for new hires, promotions, demotions, and transfers using established methodologiesProcess wage and salary changes related to performance, market adjustments, or job reclassificationEnsure accuracy and completeness of compensation transactions and evaluation formsEducation & Communication Assist in educating employees and managers on compensation programs, policies, and philosophyCollaborate with HRBPs to support job description creation, equity reviews, and salary-related concernsMarket Analysis & ResearchConduct market pricing for specific jobs and recommend market adjustments to ensure competitive pay practicesParticipate in salary surveys, complete survey submissions, and research supplementary market data sourcesProgram Support & Process ImprovementSupport the administration of annual performance management, salary increase, and incentive programsAssist senior team members in enhancing compensation processes for greater efficiency and alignment with business needsStakeholder Collaboration & Customer ServiceBuild relationships with internal client groups and HR Business Partners to support business lines effectivelyDeliver consistent and responsive customer service in all compensation-related inquiriesProfessional DevelopmentMaintain knowledge of trends and best practices by participating in educational opportunities, professional organizations, and peer networkingHandle routine issues independently and escalate more complex problems to senior staff as neededTravel: Less than 10% of the time may be requiredWork Type: Hybrid employee - splits time between working remotely and working in the office

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: 1-2 years of professional human resources experience, preferably in healthcare, preferred. Previous compensation administration strongly preferredEducation: A bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, health education or related fieldPerforms work under direct supervisionMust demonstrate strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointPrior to any offer extended, an excel proficiency test will be requiredKnowledge in PeopleSoft, Workday or Oracle preferredAbility to work to work as a team
