Job Title: Compensation Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team in a project-based role. This position requires expertise in utilizing Aon Radford software to manage job codes and conduct salary benchmarking for specific positions. The successful candidate will ensure consistency and accuracy of compensation leveling within the organization and assist with survey input and data review.

ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage job codes within the Radford report.Utilize industry filters to determine the best strategy and methodology for salary benchmarking.Ensure consistency and accuracy of compensation leveling within the organization.Assist with survey input and data review.Turn Radford reporting into finalized job levels and plug and play the data.Essential SkillsSubject matter expert in Aon Radford software.Proven experience in compensation analysis and salary benchmarking.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Additional Skills & QualificationsOverall guidance on compensation programs, including job architecture, salary benchmarking, and leveling systems.Proficiency in Excel data entry, VLOOKUP's and pivot tables.Experience with Google Sheets, data analysis, and reporting can also be transferrable.Expertise in survey analysis, compensation discussion and analysis, and job analysis.Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates in different time zones, provided they somewhat overlap with California hours for collaboration purposes. The role is project-based, with a duration ranging from 5 weeks to 3 months, depending on project completion needs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $110.00/hr.
