She is moving into a home custom-built for her by her parents—her "forever home"—designed to support her independence and safety. We are looking for staff who will treat this special home, and the woman living in it, with the utmost respect and care. Who You Are Supporting: + Her Personality: She is joyful, loves arts & crafts, and leads an active life. She works part-time and enjoys her community. + Her Needs: She lives with Autism and Cerebral Palsy (right hemiparesis). She utilizes a cane (sometimes a transport chair) and requires a steady hand to prevent falls. + Her Routine: She values cleanliness and routine. She needs support with ADLs (specifically bathing), pacing her meals for safety, and assistance with restroom needs.
