Responsibilities:

Provide quality care and assistance to clients in their homes. Perform daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Assist with mobility and physical activities as needed. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care teams. Respond promptly to immediate shift needs and changes in care plans.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of care giving experience. Reliable transportation (valid driver's license and proof of insurance required). Flexible and coachable with a willingness to adapt to various client needs. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client well-being.
