Our 10‑week paid Summer Internship Program runs from June 1 – August 7 and is a full‑time, on‑site role in Duluth, MN. Interns gain meaningful experience through daily work, learning sessions, leadership exposure, and a final project.

The Company Planning Intern will support enterprise‑level planning activities that help align inventory, financial goals, and business strategy. This role is designed for someone who is curious, analytical, and excited to learn how data and insights drive decisions across the company.
What You’ll Do
Support company‑level planning, forecasting, and reporting activitiesAssist with analysis of sales, inventory, and performance trendsPartner with cross‑functional teams including Merchandising, Finance, Planning & AllocationHelp prepare insights and materials that support business planning discussionsComplete a final capstone project focused on planning insights and business impactQualifications
Currently a junior or senior, graduating within one year, or a recent graduatePursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or a related fieldInterest in enterprise planning, analytics, and retail operationsAble to work full‑time, on‑site in Duluth, MN for the duration of the programComfortable working with data and learning new tools in a collaborative environmentRetail experience is a plus, but not requiredLocation:Corporate Office-maurices-Duluth, MN 55802Position Type:Intern (Fixed Term) (Trainee)/Full timePay Range:
