Summary This is a part-time, long-term opportunity for an experienced and reliable housekeeper to support the smooth running of a private household. The role is primarily focused on housekeeping, with some light cooking and driving responsibilities, particularly in the short term. The role will involve housekeeping,
running errands, meal preparation and food shopping for the Principal (he is the only person in residence).

The household is calm and organised, and the family is seeking someone kind, trustworthy, and confident who can work independently and provide consistent support.

Job specification: General housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and maintaining high standards throughout the home Preparing the evening meal Food shopping (supplementing a weekly supermarket delivery when needed) Driving duties, at least initially, as the principal is currently unable to drive following a recent heart attack (car provided) Candidate requirements: Previous experience working as a private housekeeper Confident driver preferred (automatic car provided) Kind, reliable, and discreet Firm yet compassionate approach Able to manage tasks independently and take initiative DBS check required at offer stage How to apply:
