**About the Role** :
As a CBRE Commute & Transportation Services Senior Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the transportation experience for our clients and visitors. You will oversee the coordination and promotion of various transportation programs, ensuring seamless service delivery and fostering a culture of sustainable commuting.
**What You’ll Do** :
· Collaborate with transportation management associations to develop and promote innovative commuting programs.
· Encourage and facilitate the use of alternative transportation methods such as public transit, carpooling, and biking.
· Manage and optimize transportation schedules, ensuring timely distribution of transportation passes, carpool permits, and bus schedules.
· Maintain and update web tools and reports, including taxi vouchers and locker assignments.
· Analyze transportation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to transportation services.
· Coordinate special transportation events and initiatives to promote sustainable commuting.
· Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance transportation services.
· Support the training and development of junior team members.
**What You’ll Need** :
· High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience in transportation services or a related field.
· Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
· Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and external partners.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Strong analytical skills to interpret transportation data and make informed decisions.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
· Familiarity with sustainable transportation practices and programs.
· Experience in customer service with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences.
· Basic math skills to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

The minimum salary for the Commute & Transportation Services Coordinator position is $26.61 hourly and the maximum salary for the Commute & Transportation Services Coordinator position is $28.13 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
