Our services include estate sales, downsizing, relocation support, and online auctions. We are building strong connections across the Jacksonville community and seek a motivated individual to join us as a Community Outreach Coordinator.

Role Overview

The Community Outreach Coordinator will serve as the bridge between our services and the community, helping expand awareness of our brand and services. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and enjoys connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain professional relationships in the communityRepresent the company at networking events, expos, and community functionsSupport social media and email marketing campaigns with local content ideasTrack outreach activities, partner contacts, and follow-ups in CRM systemAssist with special projects, including event planning and community presentationsBe an ambassador of the Caring Transitions brand in the community

Requirements

Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesOrganized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track outreach activitiesComfortable speaking with professionals and community members at all levelsFlexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends for eventsReliable transportation to attend meetings and events within the Jacksonville areaMarketing, communications, or community engagement experience preferred but not required
