Our client, a property management company located in Lexington, MA, is seeking a Community Manager to join their team for one month to cover a medical leave. This onsite role has hours from 8:30am-5pm and offers free onsite parking. It is compensating up to $38/hour, depending on experience. Job Responsibilities

Serve as a welcoming lobby presence, greeting tenants and visitors with a hospitable, professional demeanorPlan, coordinate, and execute tenant engagement programming, appreciation events, and large- and small-scale meetingsManage conference rooms, amenity spaces, and event logisticsOversee property app content, updates, and tenant engagement in partnership with developers and internal teamsProvide concierge-style services, responding to tenant inquiries and coordinating services, reservations, and requestsManage property social media, internal marketing collateral, and event communicationsTrack budgets, vendor contracts, reporting, and billing related to tenant services

Candidate Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, with at least three years of relevant professional experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, shared calendars, video conferencing, and document-sharing platformsStrong background in marketing, event planning, hospitality, or concierge servicesFriendly, polished, and customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentCreative mindset with the ability to design engaging programs and marketing materials A1441307B_1767803745 To Apply for this Job Click Here
