Responsibilities:
+ Proactively engaging with community members and their families to share essential information and offer support, acting as a friendly and knowledgeable guide.
+ Advocating for community members, ensuring their needs are heard, and that they receive timely and appropriate access to care and services.
+ Guiding individuals to a wide range of relevant resources, from financial assistance programs and transportation services to essential health, mental health, and social services.
+ Regularly participating in important public health meetings, contributing your insights and expertise to broader community health initiatives.
**Job Requirements**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, or other related field required
+ Minimum of one (1) year of data entry experience required.
+ Six (6) months of experience working with the public or with community groups.
+ CA Driver's License required.
+ Fire Safety (FIRESAFETY) within 90 days is required

**Pay Range**
$30.78 - $45.78 /hour
