Community Administrator
The Community Administrator role is a full-time, non-exempt position in our Portland, OR office, assisting a Community Manager with providing management services for homeowner associations throughout Oregon and SW Washington.

Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 to $22.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday)Answer the phone promptly.Greet customers!Able to meet deadlines.Ability to support a Community Manager with all facets of HOA management, including letters, notices, meeting minutes, newsletters, emails, calls, work orders, etc.Community Administrator Qualifications:
Must have 2 years experience in a Administrative role. Experience with electronic filing in a document management system preferredBasic office skills, working knowledge of MS Outlook/Word/Excel with quick and accurate typing around 60 WPMApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
