The Senior Communications Specialist will lead and execute strategic communication initiatives across client communications, external channels, social media, website optimization, and SEO. The role requires strong collaboration with both the Mexico and Global Communications teams to ensure consistent, impactful, and brand‑aligned messaging.
This position will also support global priorities by contributing to stakeholder communications, developing high‑quality multi‑format content, and ensuring alignment with global standards and messaging frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage client and external communication strategies aligned with Mexico and global objectives.Create compelling content for email, social media, website, video, infographics, and events.Lead the execution of social media strategy, performance optimization, and editorial calendars.Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with global communication and marketing frameworks and branding.Oversee website updates and analytics reporting.Engage with subject matter experts to proactively identify communication needs and develop supporting plans.Coordinate with external vendors for design, production, and translation when required.Support stakeholder events and ensure seamless execution.Manage workflows, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery across communication projects.Ensure all communication reflects our purpose of moving the world through smart mobility and models our Values in Action.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, Marketing, or Content Strategy in B2B and/or B2C environments.Exceptional writing and editing skills in English and Spanish.Experience managing corporate social media platforms and digital content.Knowledge of CMS, SEO, analytics tools, and digital communication best practices.Demonstrated ability to collaborate across global and cross‑functional teams.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.High degree of discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information.Commitment to living and promoting our corporate values and purpose.What’s in it for You
