Communications Specialist

Our client, a global leader in software, cloud computing, and digital transformation services, is seeking a Communications Specialist to join their team. As a Communications Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Success Unit supporting internal communications and community engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills, strategic thinking, and excellent project management abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Communications Specialist
Location: Remote (EST/CST preferred)
Pay Range: $30–$35/hour
What’s the Job?
+ Manage internal communications including newsletters, community calls, and success stories
+ Oversee SharePoint site content and updates
+ Coordinate and execute operational and tactical tasks
+ Support special projects and strategic initiatives
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
What’s Needed?
+ 7+ years of experience in business communication, storytelling, writing, and editing
+ 7+ years of project management experience
+ 7+ years of strategic thinking and business scenario articulation
+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ Experience in the tech industry, preferably in large-scale or enterprise environments
