**Title: Communications Specialist** **Location: Hybrid in Redmind, WA(3–4 days onsite; Mondays and Tuesdays required)** **Duration: 12 Months** **Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (No overtime)** **Pay Rate Range: $25 to $30/hr** **Candidate Requirements** **Experience & Education** + **2–4 years** of professional experience in communications or related admin support + Bachelor's degree **preferred** (or equivalent experience) **Top 3 Hard Skills** 1. **Language proficiency & visual design** (2+ years) 2. Strong grammar and editing skills 3. Ability to design engaging multimedia content 4. **Organizational/project management** (2+ years) 5. Build and manage plans, meet deadlines independently 6. **Tools familiarity** (2+ years) 7.
