**Job Title:** Communications_G5_US **Positions Requested:** 2 **Maximum Submissions per Supplier:** 40 **Schedule- 2:00pm-10:30pm** **Rate of Pay- $17.00** **Job Description:** **Fill Off:** + Transfer completed products into containers of various sizes (1 qt cans to tankers). + Identify and apply the correct information on containers and documents while following all fill-off and safety procedures. + Fill approved batches (1 gallon to 5000 gallons) into proper shipping containers. + Measure the product into the correct container for proper yield using provided tools. + Check for leaks around the ring, bungs, and chimes after filling and closing containers. + Complete batch tickets as instructed, label all containers, and number them in sequence. + Send containers to the shipping department with the approved batch ticket. + Dispose of filters, wash out the pump, tanks, filter housing, and hoses with appropriate cleaning materials. + Label and stage all cleaning materials properly. + Label and stencil all containers to meet customer and shipment requirements. + Perform housekeeping duties as expected. **Batch Making:** + Add raw materials in the order specified on the batch ticket. + Weigh/measure all materials for yield and accuracy. + Coordinate sample testing with QC and make necessary adjustments as instructed. + Maintain housekeeping standards in the work area. + Move to other tasks such as fill-off and tank washing when needed. **Our client** has a passion for paint.
