Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Documentation Specialist to handle clerical duties related to the release, creation, and publication of production control technical documentation. This role ensures the proper upkeep of technical documents such as job cards and work orders, in alignment with current operational production plans.
Responsibilities
1) Computer literate – SAP knowledge or equivalent business software
2) Microsoft excel experience is a must
3) Data entry experience is required
2) Must be detailed and organized, and be able to prioritize.
3) Strong communication skills/ being able to work in a fast-paced environment.
4)Must be able to work some weekends
Essential SkillsWorking knowledge of MS Excel Experience with SAP or similar system is required.2 years of experience working in administrative support roleProficiency in data entry, scanning, and filing.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role will support assembly line maintenance manuals and bulletins, and job cards. The work environment includes both an office setting and time spent on the assembly floor, providing a balanced mix of administrative and hands-on experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northeast Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
